About
Willis Development & Construction has constructed over 50 units/projects on South Padre Island and the surrounding area. Projects include residential construction at the Shores, Marina SPI and the Villas of South Padre. Other residential projects have been on the bayfront, beachfront and interior of South Padre Island. Commercial Construction projects include SPI Hardware (formerly Ace), Sisters Trading and Tequila Sunset Bar & Grill. Residential Condominium projects at Las Velas and a consultant on Las Costas. Willis also has served as general contractor for municipal projects and hurricane restoration.
Our Founder
Willis Development & Construction was founded by Patrick McNulty in 2003. With a vision for quality and innovation, Patrick played a key role in developing the Villas of South Padre, setting the standard for excellence in construction. Patrick is very involved in the community, in the past, serving as chairman of Planing & Zoning and a member of the Shoreline Taskforce. He is currently Mayor of South Padre Island. Patrick is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas.
